Refund policy
I'm a one-man operation and also work a full-time job. Shipping times may vary. If you need something quickly, please email me first. Most orders are made to order. Full Refunds are only available until the day after purchase, as materials are purchased shortly after to begin production.
Approved Items are Subject to a 30% restock fee.
No Processed Orders will be 100% refunded. We are charged a processing fee for orders which is not refundable to us and therefore will not be to you the customer,
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since you received your item , unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. You now own the item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
